How to return an item

Open a return inside the return window and we collect it from you.

The return window

Every product page shows its return window — for example "7-day returns". The window starts on the day your parcel was delivered, and it is the window that applied when you ordered.

Opening a return

  1. Go to My orders, open the order and choose Return items.
  2. Pick the items and quantities, and tell us why. If the item arrived damaged, wrong, not as described or with parts missing, say so — the shop then pays for the return trip.
  3. Choose what you want: your money back, an exchange for another size or colour, or a replacement of the same item. See Exchanges and replacements.
  4. You get a return number (RMA). Keep it; it is what support will ask for.

What happens next

The shop accepts or declines the return. Once accepted, a courier collects the parcel. The shop inspects it and your refund is prepared. You can withdraw a return any time before the courier collects it.

When returns are not possible

After the window closes, or for a parcel you never received, open a claim from the order instead.
