How do I pay?
You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No card or bank account is needed. The amount you see when you place the order is exactly the amount the courier will ask for — there are no surprises at the door.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to a growing number of provinces and districts. Before you order, the product page tells you whether we currently reach your district and roughly how long delivery will take. If we do not reach you yet, you can ask to be notified when we do.
What if I change my mind when the courier arrives?
You can refuse the delivery at the door and pay nothing. If you have already accepted an order and want to return it, you can request a return and we will arrange a pickup.
How long do returns take?
Once you request a return, a courier collects the item. After it is checked, your refund is issued — in cash on collection, or as store credit if you prefer, which is instant.
What is Karwaan?
Karwaan is an online marketplace. You can browse products from local shops and international sellers, order in Dari, Pashto or English, and have them delivered to your door.
Can I sell on Karwaan?
Yes. You can list your products, reach customers across the country, and let Karwaan handle delivery and cash collection. Payouts are made by bank transfer on a regular settlement schedule.
