How to place an order

Before you start

You need an account with a verified phone number. Karwaan accounts are for people aged 18 and over.

Placing the order

1. Add the products you want to your cart. Each product page shows the price, the shop selling it and its return window.
2. Open the cart and choose Checkout.
3. Pick or add a delivery address. Give the province, the district and a landmark the courier can find — a mosque, a school or a shop sign works better than a street name.
4. Check the total. It shows the items, the delivery charge and any collection fee, rounded to an amount a courier can be paid in notes.
5. We send a one-time code to your phone. Enter it to confirm the order.

After you order

Each shop in your order confirms its own part. If a shop does not accept your order in time, that part is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged. You can follow every step under My orders.
