Cash on delivery

Paying cash on delivery

You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.

Updated 11 Mizan 1405

Karwaan is cash on delivery: you pay nothing online and nothing in advance.

What you pay

The amount due is shown on the order and in the message we send when the parcel is out for delivery. It includes the items, the delivery charge and any collection fee. Totals are rounded so they can be paid in notes.

At the door

  1. The courier arrives with your parcel.
  2. Check the parcel before you pay. If it is clearly damaged or not what you ordered, you may refuse it and pay nothing.
  3. Pay the courier the amount due, in afghanis.
  4. You may be sent a delivery code by SMS. Give it to the courier only once you have the parcel in your hands.

Orders from more than one shop

Each shop's parcel is delivered and paid for separately, so you may see two couriers and two amounts.

Store credit

Store credit is never used on its own. To pay with it, choose store credit as the payment method at checkout. It pays for a whole order or none of it: if your balance does not cover the full total, delivery included, checkout shows how much is missing and you pay the courier in cash instead. An order paid with store credit has nothing to pay at the door and no collection fee.
