Cancelling an order
Cancel a whole order or one shop’s part before it is dispatched.

You can cancel from My orders as long as the parcel has not left the shop.
- One shop or all of them. An order from two shops travels as two parcels. You can cancel one and keep the other.
- After dispatch a parcel can no longer be cancelled. If you do not want it, you may refuse it at the door — you pay nothing — but a return trip costs the shop and the courier, so please cancel early when you can.
- Nothing to pay back. You pay when the parcel arrives, so a cancelled parcel has cost you nothing. If you used store credit on the order, it goes back to your store credit.
If the cancel button is missing, the shop has already sent the parcel. Contact support at support@karwaan.io if something looks wrong.
