Who can have an account

Karwaan accounts are for people aged 18 and over. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up.

Signing in

Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, or with email and password. Never share a code we send you: Karwaan staff will never ask for it.

Keeping your account safe

• Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
• If you lose your SIM card, contact support: an agent can move your account to a new number after checking who you are.
• If a notification tells you about a sign-in you did not make, change your password and contact support.

Your data

You can see and correct your profile and addresses at any time. You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask for your account to be deleted, from your account settings or by writing to support@karwaan.io. Orders still being delivered or paid for have to finish first.
