Buying wholesale

Minimum quantities, price breaks and how wholesale orders differ.

Updated 11 Mizan 1405

Wholesale listings are sold by approved wholesale shops, for shops and businesses buying to resell. Where wholesale is open, you can switch between Retail and Wholesale in search.

Units and minimums

A wholesale listing is sold in a unit — a carton, a sack, a dozen — and has a minimum order quantity. Some also sell only in steps, for example multiples of five cartons. The product page and your cart tell you the minimum and the step; the cart will not let you check out below them.

Price breaks

Many listings get cheaper the more you buy. The price for each quantity band is shown on the product page, and the cart applies the right one automatically. Shops may also run their own offers, such as a discount on a mixed order or a free unit when you buy several.

Paying and delivery

Wholesale orders are paid in cash on delivery like any other order. Large orders may be delivered by a vehicle suited to their weight, and the delivery charge reflects that.

Returns

A wholesale order can be returned only when the goods arrived damaged, wrong, not as described or with parts missing — not because you ordered too many.
